Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp ỌBÀ’S BLEND, plus extra to finish
- 100g smoked salmon
- 2 thick slices sourdough, toasted
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Flaky sea salt, to finish
Method
- Roughly smash the avocados — keep it textured, not smooth. Fold in ỌBÀ’S BLEND and a squeeze of lemon.
- Taste. Adjust with a little more ỌBÀ’S BLEND if you want more depth.
- Spread generously onto toasted sourdough.
- Layer smoked salmon over the top. Finish with flaky salt.
- Eat immediately. This one does not wait.
Serving Suggestion
A drizzle of extra ỌBÀ’S BLEND over the finished plate takes it further. The herb and citrus notes lift the richness of both the avocado and salmon into something that feels effortless — and entirely its own.
