What you need:
- 2 thick slices of sourdough bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp ỌBÀ'S BLEND
- 80g smoked salmon
- Black pepper to finish
How to make it:
Toast your sourdough until golden and firm at the edges. While it’s warm, halve your avocado and smash it directly onto the bread — rough, generous, uneven. Stir in ỌBÀ'S BLEND. The herbs settle in immediately, the warmth follows. This is flavour with provenance.
Lay the smoked salmon over the top with intention. Fold it, don’t rush it. Crack black pepper over everything.
