The ỌBÀ Blend Prawn Bagel

What you need:

  • 1 sesame bagel, halved and toasted
  • 150g king prawns
  • 1½ tbsp ỌBÀ'S BLEND
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Squeeze of lemon to finish

How to make it:

Heat butter or olive oil in a pan until it shimmers. Add the prawns and let them begin to colour — don’t move them too soon. Add ỌBÀ'S BLEND and let it coat every prawn. The herbs bloom in the heat, the depth builds fast. This is the moment the kitchen smells like somewhere worth being.

Toast your sesame bagel until golden. Load the prawns generously onto the base. Squeeze lemon over the top. Close it. Press gently.
